Now that I have started blogging and learning powerful tools like Photoshop and Corel Draw, I realized that the current configuration laptop might fall prey to the heavy software affecting the performance. So, I decided to venture into the famous Computer market of Bengaluru which is famously known as SP Road, Electronic Market to buy a new laptop.

Both I and my friend were in rush and decided to focus quickly on laptop purchase and head back. However, when we reached our parking slot, our vehicle was towed away. After asking many people around, we reached the place where all the towed vehicles were parked. Being a good Indian citizen, we decided to pay for the ticket and leave.
What worsened the situation was the broken and missing side mirror which must have gotten broken during the towing of the vehicle. To our surprise, the person responsible for loading the vehicle clearly told us that he didn’t know any other language than Kannada which is the local language here in Bengaluru. We told him to let us speak with the In charge as we were ready to pay the ticket fine but we wanted the mirror to be fixed again.
Tip 1 – Keep calm and wait for the In-charge to get free and discuss your issue.
In the meanwhile, the loading guy responsible for this loss became aggressive and started telling us that the In-charge is not reachable on phone. After some time the In-charge came, heard our concern and asked the loading guys to get the mirror fixed and repaired. The In-charge knew all three languages namely Hindi, English and Kannada. Then we were asked to produce our Driving License.
Tip 2 – If you are not caught riding the vehicle, then you are not bound to show your Driving license as the vehicle was towed in your absence.
The unloading team got back to us saying that they cannot find the mirror and replacement cannot be done at the same time. Understanding the mistake was solely on the part of vehicle unloaders, the In-charge shared his number with us and asked us to share the bill of the mirror repair with him. He assured us a refund will be initiated by him once he has the copy of the bill from us.
Tip 3 – If it is getting dark and you feel left alone in such a place, make sure the In-charge is on site till your matter is resolved.
Tip 4 – As per our responsibility, we did highlight the behavior of the unloading team member with the In-charge where he was angrily fighting in his native language with us despite knowing that we couldn’t understand him.
Tip 5 – In India, the officials will always come forward to help you best as they are there to serve you. It is best to explain your case to them rather than getting into any other fights with their subordinates who are not even legally employed but are merely outsourced.
