If you have been working in the small and medium scale organizations since the beginning of your career and have been fortunate to learn and grow yourself mastering multiple roles, you might find yourself in need of some interviewing advice. I have been working as a business analyst, consultant and a senior manager in my respective jobs and have managed to make my way up the career graph by learning as much as I could. The problem arises when you are unsure of the roles where you fit the bill and end up interviewing continuously for wrong roles.

Accept the fact that you might hold little experience but you are willing to learn more. Don’t be too quick to jump for interviews at the earliest without preparing for it. The chaos can leave you with a doubt in your head whether the skill set was lacking or your approach to the questions was not up to the mark.
