About Me

MY NAME IS ADITEE JOSHI.

I’m a curious spirit and a fast learner, driven by a passion for solving problems and building meaningful solutions. With over 9 years of experience in the technology industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with international clients across diverse domains.

My journey as an entrepreneur in the e-commerce space gave me hands-on experience in strategising and managing programs end-to-end. I’ve collaborated with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, developers, data scientists, sales, marketing, inventory managers, SEO specialists, digital marketers, and customer support—to deliver results at every level. This experience naturally steered me toward a career in technical program management, where I could bring people, processes, and purpose together.

I started this blog with the intention of sharing my experiences—both personal and professional—while also rekindling one of my most cherished passions: writing.

I’m a self-starter with a curious mind and an enthusiastic approach to everything I do. My journey has taken me through the roles of Woman Entrepreneur, Business Strategist, and now, Blogger.

From Monday to Friday, I wear the hat of a confident Woman in Technology—leading with purpose, managing cross-functional teams, and motivating people to do their best work. At the heart of my role is bridging the communication gap between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely project delivery.

My core strengths lie in team management, project delivery, data analysis, client engagement, and effective communication—both verbal and written. I’m well-versed in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and have consistently delivered results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

I’ve successfully tracked programs and projects by maintaining detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to organisational goals. Additionally, I’ve trained and mentored teams to establish and uphold high standards in written communication with clients. My experience also includes using elicitation techniques and client interviews to gather and refine business requirements.

MY KEY STRENGTH AREAS

Customer centric Thinking

Great managers deeply understand and empathise with the customer. They go beyond feature requests to uncover the underlying problems users face and use that insight to guide product decisions. By leveraging user research, feedback loops, and data, they ensure the product delivers real value. A strong customer-centric mindset helps PMs prioritise features that solve actual pain points rather than chasing trends or internal preferences.

Strategic Roadmapping

A successful PM knows how to translate vision into actionable plans. Strategic roadmapping involves defining product goals, aligning them with business objectives, and breaking them down into well-sequenced milestones. It requires balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision, while continuously adapting to new information, market shifts, and stakeholder inputs. A well-maintained roadmap acts as a compass for the team, ensuring everyone is aligned and working toward a shared goal.

Cross-Functional Communication

Program managers sit at the intersection of product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support—making effective communication one of their most vital skills. Whether it’s writing clear user stories, negotiating priorities with tech leads, or aligning with stakeholders, one must adapt their messaging to fit different audiences. Strong communication ensures clarity, builds trust, and keeps teams moving together smoothly, especially in fast-paced environments.

Data-Informed Decision Making

Modern product program management is driven by data. The ability to interpret analytics, derive insights, and make informed decisions is crucial. PMs should be comfortable with metrics like conversion rates, user engagement, retention, and A/B test results. While intuition and user empathy matter, data helps validate assumptions, measure success, and iterate with confidence. A good PM knows how to strike the right balance between qualitative feedback and quantitative evidence.
